Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account on KlikBee or using the service in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service ("the Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the service.

If you accept the Terms on behalf of a legal entity (company, organization), you represent that you have the necessary authority to bind that entity.

2. Description of the service

KlikBee is a modular SaaS platform for Canadian SMBs. The service includes, among other things:

KlikBee may evolve, add, or remove features at any time. Substantial changes will be communicated by email to users.

3. User account

To use KlikBee, you must create an account. You are responsible:

KlikBee reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in case of violation of this section, with or without notice depending on the severity.

The processing of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy.

KlikBee may modify these Terms at any time. Substantial changes will be notified by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after this date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Any dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Montreal, unless otherwise required by mandatory provisions.

13. Force majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to fulfill its obligations resulting from a force majeure event (natural disaster, war, public infrastructure outage, governmental acts, etc.), provided that the affected party informs the other within a reasonable time.

Before KlikBee's public launch, these Terms will undergo a full review by an attorney to ensure compliance with applicable laws in Quebec and Canada.
